Terms & Conditions of Entry

By entering and utilising the Friends Health & Fitness Centre, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Any person not observing these conditions may be asked to leave.

  1.  All members and guests must report to reception prior to using the 	Centre or its facilities.

  2.  Entry may be refused if staff suspect individuals are under the influence 	of drugs, alcohol or are clearly unwell.

  3.  Centre Management may refuse entry to or evict a person from the 	Centre who may compromise the health, safety, well-being or enjoyment 	of other members and guests.

  4.  Swim at your own risk. Lifeguards do not patrol this pool.

  5.  Directions given by Centre staff must be obeyed at all times.

  6.  Pay attention to signs around the Centre, these form part of the Centre’s 	rules.

  7.  Take care of yourself and belongings, you are responsible for your own 	safety and property.

  8.  The Friends’ School does not accept liability for injury or damage to 	persons or property.

  9.  Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied and supervised 	by an adult at all times.
  10. Closed circuit TV operates at all times and the Centre may use security footage for investigation purposes.
  11. Centre staff may close an area of the Centre and no compensation will be payable.
  12. Glass, ceramic or other breakable containers are not permitted to be brought into the Centre.
  13. Please do not film or photograph any person other than immediate family. Use of such equipment in the change rooms is strictly prohibited.
